Nice quality box with a geometrically diamond designed top of beaded white and yellow gold enclosed inside a raised engraved border. Machined engraving to the sides and base and a plain polished interior. Marked on the front inside rim 585 for 14 carat gold, RD (perhaps the maker) and D.R.G.M.
