Mahogany case with brass inlay and ebony mouldings, set out corners with brass bound cluster columns, the steep triangular pediment with carved thistle, on a wall bracket with scroll support.
The signed 8- day fusee movement with shaped plates, engraved border, anchor escapement and heavy engraved pendulum, striking the hours on a bell.
Enamel convex dial signed, Duncan, Old Bond St, London with strike / silent lever, fine pierced steel heart hands and decorated cast bezel.
